Needham DBS teamed with Legacy Precast to design and detail precast elements for the 605-space, five-story, precast parking garage for Buffalo Heights in Houston Texas.
The parking garage is part of the Buffalo Heights high-quality mixed-use, multifamily building developed by Midway. The seven-story, 742,000 SF building will contain the H-E-B Urban prototype store, a three-story Class A office building, 232-unit Class A multifamily wrapping resort-style courtyards and indoor amenity space. Phase 1 opens Fall 2019.
